Neruda Arts is a multidisciplinary nonprofit arts organization based in Waterloo Region, Ontario. Founded in 2001 by Isabel Cisterna, Neruda Arts creates festivals, performances, exhibitions, workshops, and cultural initiatives that celebrate the diversity of our community. We believe that access to the arts is not a privilege. It is a right. That belief shapes everything we do.
